1979 Neil Simon CHAPTER TWO Signed Autographed Presentation Script 3rd Draft

An autographed presentation script of Neil Simon's classic film CHAPTER TWO.
Title page states that this is the third draft dated April 1979.
However, there are more revision dates on some of the actual script pages listed as 6/14/79 and 7/11/79.
Bound with thick card stock and brass fasteners.
It looks like there is some light water damage on the cover (see pic).
Printed on standard 8.5" x 11" paper.
I believe this was part of a charity auction from the 1980s.
This came from a reliable collector, so I have reason to believe this signature is real and I have seen similar scripts like this up for auction.
