Base is marked: Trade Mark,(with what looks like it might be 3 palm trees?).
Made In Wales.
About 10" tall, 3-1/2" across its base.
There is a screen above the glass that looks to be in very good condition.
Original patina from sitting on a shelf somewhere.
All brass and/or copper construction, (I don't know how to tell the difference).
