We will provide free standard shipping within the United States. Once we receive your item(s), we will pack and ship it out typically through FedEx. Once we ship it out and obtain the tracking order number, we will then send you the tracking number for you to check the status of your package.

Processing an order takes 5-8 business days because our watches are securely stored in a large safe that gets checked before getting sent out. After the funds are received, the watch will get transferred to the fulfillment center. Our fulfillment team will proceed to check, test and document each watch before we ship to our customers.

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days from shipment date. All returned items must be in new and original packaging, with all original stickers, tags and labels attached. If there are any signs of wear and tear or removed parts, item will not be returnable.
