    Description

    This Haitian sculpture depicts a white seated human figure (portrayed by a decorated rubber doll) performing an unknown ritual on the head of a black figure (also a rubber doll). Provenance: The late Judith Alexander. It measures 12" h x 8" x 7"; mixed media. It was purchased in New Orleans during an exhibition of Haitian art at the New Orleans Museum of Art.
