Insulin cartridge refill tool for Tandem t:slim x2 pump eXakt

eXakt perfectly aligns the needle tip of a syringe with the fill port of a Tandem t:slim x2 insulin cartridge.  Useful for those with poor vision, dexterity issues, or simply to make the insulin cartridge refill process easier and more convenient than conventional methods.

INSTRUCTIONS
The eXakt tool is designed to work with the standard syringe included with the Tandem t:slim replacement cartridge.
1 - Install a new insulin cartridge and filled syringe into the tool.
2 - Before inserting the needle into the new cartridge, ensure the tip is aligned to the center of the white fill port. If required, rotate the syringe to re-align the needle before inserting.
3 - Once the needle is inserted, fill the cartridge per your diabetes educator instructions, then carefully remove and re-cap the syringe.
4 - Pop out the freshly filled cartridge and follow the steps outlined by your pump to finish replacing the cartridge.
That's it - store away until next time!
