A rare find is this wonderful old Lehigh Company employee check/badge, complete
with original leather
strap still attached!!!
Badge number is 7881 and shows a slight warp or bend near the top
.

Metal disc measures just over 1 1/2" -- overall length with strap is
around 6".
Leather loop is not dried out and is complete and intact.
This piece originally came
from an estate in the anthracite
coal region of
eastern
Pennsylvania.
