New 8 inch gold trommel  wash plant portable electric 12 volt dc custom made

New 8 inch gold trommel, very compact made by hand in the USA, not mass produced. Made of aluminum with stainless steel fasteners and powered by 12 volt battery not included. 12 volt dc drive motor that turns trommel barrel and 1500 GPH water pump included. All water dumps into hopper bin with no sprayer bars needed, this allows you to mix the material up as it enters the barrel. The riffles are also aluminum so the magnetic sands will not stick to them.  Barrel rotates 18 to 20 rpm based on power of battery. A quick check tray is at top of sluice to see if you are putting gold in the machine, just slide it out dump in small gold pan and pan it out to see if you are digging in the right place with out having to do a full clean up. The hopper bin, barrel, sluice lift off with no tools required to get it down to the creek easily when working in tight quarters. Will run a 3 1/2 gallon bucket of material dumped into hopper bin in approx. 1 1/2 minutes depending on the type of material. The drive motor and water pump have a on-off switch and battery clips for hook up. Ships to the lower states and only sold in the lower states. I hand build these trommels in my spare time, so you will not see too many listed. Ships in box 23x24x47 an weight boxed up is 62 lbs. and ships UPS. Riffles are hinged up and down and have a handle to hold them up out of  the way when doing a clean up. Sluice has a combination of gold catchers including deep grooved ribbed rubber matting, carpet, miners moss, expanded metal and the riffles on top. I use a deep cycle marine battery and fully charged will run a good day. You can shut the machine down to go and dig more buckets of material and do not have to worry about loosing any gold when starting the machine up again. I built this trommel for my own use due to back, neck and shoulder problems. The top of the hopper where you dump the material is around waist high so when you are working material you will be standing upright, not bent over which is a good feature. This machine classifies the material, dumps it into the sluice so you do not have to classify anymore. The tailings come back towards your feet so that the machine fits in a 24 inch wide stream. A clean up takes about 5 minutes. It's a great machine and I use it myself for prospecting and to get it at a price that's less than a ounce of gold is a deal.  I am also dealing with  Aluminum tariffs higher prices for cost of materials. I did not install legs on this trommel because I designed it to set on a small red utility lawn and garden cart sold at the Tractor Stores and other hardware stores, so when set on the cart it puts the hopper bin about waist high. the carts sell for around .00 and works great for transporting down to the creek and the machine sets on the cart during operation in the stream. See it running in the stream at YouTube at eurehci   thanks for looking and this 8 inch trommel would make a nice present for your favorite gold prospector.
