    Parson & Company, St. Louis, Missouri, 19th century
    Hand painted
    Gold-painted symbols of the all-seeing eye, pedestal and urn, Holy Bible, heart and hand, bundle of rods, encampment tent, sword and scale, bow and quiver, chain links, skull and crossed bones, sun and pillars, moon, lamb, dove with stars, serpent staff, globe, ark of the covenant, beehive, hourglass, and coffin and scythe, all against a black-painted background.
    Provenance: Collected from an Odd Fellows/Rebekah lodge in Illinois.
