And it has the vintage hallmark of the Premier line, that obsidian black disc over the finial, which is still polished to a reflective sheen. This pen was waiting for customization or distribution when the Arrow Park operations were closed down, at which time it was taken home by a former Parker employee on a bulk order tray and stored in an air controlled environment for decades.
