Black non-standard titled wrappers. Title page present, dated October 19, 1977, with credits for screenwriter Stanley Mann. 121 leaves, with last page of text numbered 114. Xerographic duplication, rectos only, with pink, blue, and yellow revision pages throughout, dated variously between 9-16-77 and 10/19/77. Pages Very Good plus, wrapper Near Fine, bound with two silver brads.
