Dial is beautifully restored with an elegant custom hand-made eye-catching vintage design. Beautiful wood grain & caramel dial... What a combination! One of a kind!
Hands and markers still shiny and corrosion free.

Crown: Original Hamilton 'H' Signed
Last serviced April 2021, hand wind 17J movement 687A, brown authentic ostrich skin strap fits up to a 7.25 inch wrist snug, or up to a 7 inch wrist relaxed fit.
Machine is running well and currently performing at +/- 30 seconds per day, however time keeping can vary after shipping, depending on climate and usage.
In general, vintage watches over 50 years of age with original movements/parts may vary within 1 minute per day, however usually remain within 30 seconds after proper servicing.
The machine requires approximately 22 winds to reach full power, be careful not to overwind as it can break the watch. After winding, the will start automatically, or may require a gentle bump to start.
Size: 31mm (excluding the crown) and 36mm lug to lug and 18mm Lug width
Case: 10KT Rolled Gold Plated. None of the gold covering has been worn through. The case is in very good condition compared to many worn cases with thinned or worn through gold covers. Case is totally corrosion free.

USAGE AND CARE
Always wind and set time slowly and carefully to best care for the watch, never 'speed roll' the crown as it is not necessary and gives undue wear on the mechanism.

This watch was designed to be water resistant & shock resistant. However, I have not and would never test these features on any vintage watch and highly recommend not dropping or exposing your vintage watch to water. Water and shock damage should be avoided always and are not guaranteed.
