Vintage Atlas Dynamite Plunger with Carrying Case

Vintage Atlas Dynamite Plunger with original carrying case. I have NO way of testing this so it is being sold "As Is".  Great vintage piece and the condition looks great to me. Looks like a bolt might be missing in the center, or a knob(?) between the brass wire hook ups. Please email with any questions and thank you for looking.
