  • Condition: The wood crate has some age and wear to it. The lettering is pretty good as seen. The crate has some gray poxy in the inside corner. We removed some, and more could be removed if desired. The crate is holding together well. A chip of wood on the bottom is missing and a original nail is coming out the side a bit (most like done by the manufacturer long ago). Please see photos for this cool wood crate.

    Up for sale here we have a
    Vintage Dupont Red Cross Explosives Extra Dynamite Wood Crate.  We found this gem at a recent estate sale.  They sell reproductions of these, but finding the originals isn't too easy.  The crate measures 17.75"x12"x9".  The wood crate has some age and wear to it.  The lettering is pretty good as seen.  The crate has some gray poxy in the inside corner.  We removed some, and more could be removed if desired.  The crate is holding together well.  A chip of wood on the bottom is missing and a original nail is coming out the side a bit (most like done by the manufacturer long ago).
