The model is hand painted on wood, and signed & dated by Faline in 1996 for her own Cat's Meow design house, and features Casper, her iconic black cat, sitting by the front door.
From the Atlanta CHRISTMAS Series that Faline did of decorated holiday time famous buildings in Atlanta in 1996.
The mansion is DECORATED FOR CHRISTMAS with wreaths, ribbons, garlands, and perfect for wall mounting or prop up in display cabinets or shelves.
