• The model is hand painted on wood, and signed & dated by Faline in 1996 for her own Cat's Meow design house, and features Casper, her iconic black cat, sitting by the front door.
• From the Atlanta CHRISTMAS Series that Faline did of decorated holiday time famous buildings in Atlanta in 1996.
• The mansion is DECORATED FOR CHRISTMAS with wreaths, ribbons, garlands, and perfect for wall mounting or prop up in display cabinets or shelves.
